Account & Data Deletion Request

We value your privacy. Under the GDPR and local Data Protection standards, you can request the deletion of your Daxoo account and associated personal data without needing to open the Daxoo mobile app.

Data Safety & Collection Disclosure

Upon verifying your deletion request, our administration team will permanently erase or anonymize the following data collected during your use of the Daxoo app:

  • Personal Info: Phone number (required for an account), Name, and Email address (optional profile data).
  • Location Data: Precise location history (required for matching user bookings with gig workers/drivers).
  • Media & Documents: Profile pictures and document uploads (e.g., ID proofs stored securely on our servers).
  • Device & Analytics Data: Device identifiers (e.g., Firebase Analytics IDs, FCM tokens for push notifications).
  • Financial Context: Transaction histories and related payment context. Note: Actual payment cards and highly sensitive financial info are processed directly by our secure gateway partner (Razorpay) and are never stored on Daxoo's servers.
Please note: Deletion stops all ongoing services and is irreversible. For compliance, legal, or fraud prevention reasons, certain transactional records may be retained in an anonymized format as permitted by law.

Submit Deletion Request

This form raises a ticket directly with our administration and privacy team. They will verify your identity via the provided contact email/phone within 5-7 business days before executing the final deletion of the account.
