We collect information that identifies you personally, including but not limited to:
- Identity Data: Name, Photograph.

- Location Data: Precise GPS location (for service delivery and safety).
- Address Data: Saved home/office addresses for service booking.
2.2 Payment Information
- User Wallet: Transaction history within the closed-loop wallet.
- Payment Instruments: We do NOT store full credit/debit card numbers. All payment processing is handled by compliant Payment Aggregators.
2.3 Device & Usage Information
- Device model, OS version, unique device identifiers (IMEI/UUID), and IP address.
- App usage logs, crash reports, and performance data.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data for the following legitimate purposes:
Service Delivery
To connect you with suitable Service Partners (Workers) based on location and requirement.
Safety & Security
To verify identities and monitor service delivery (e.g., tracking a worker’s location during a job).
Communication
To send booking confirmations, invoices, and support messages.
Legal Compliance
To comply with tax laws (GST, TDS) and law enforcement requests.
Platform Improvement
To analyze usage trends and improve app performance.
4. Disclosure of Information
We may share your information with the following parties:
4.1 Service Partners (Workers)
- When you book a service, we share your Name, Address, and Purchase Requirement with the assigned Worker to facilitate the service.
- We do not share your permanent phone number if in-app calling is available (masked calling), otherwise, strictly for coordination.
4.2 Application Service Providers (ASPs)
- Cloud Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for hosting data.
- Communication: SMS/WhatsApp gateways (e.g., Twilio, Gupshup) for notifications.
- Maps: Google Maps Platform for location services.
4.3 Legal & Regulatory Authorities
- We may disclose your data if required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, court order, or GST/Tax audit.
- Tax Compliance: Transaction data is shared with GST authorities where Daxoo is liable under Section 9(5) of the CGST Act.

Location
Required for identifying service availability and tracking active jobs.

Required for uploading profile photos or evidence of work (before/after photos).

- We collect and store referral relationships (who referred whom) to administer the Referral Program.
- Referral codes are pseudonymous and do not directly expose personal information.
- Referral activity data (number of referrals, bonus amounts) is shared with tax authorities as required under the Income Tax Act, 1961 (TDS reporting).
